Working with the Solberg dynasty since 2012 has been 'proper' (Petter's word, not ours). And all-encompassing. English words in Norwegian with a splash of Swedish, bagging bakers to provide afternoon tea, managing Petter's Farewell Tour and Oliver Solberg's World Cup - the one with 17,000 gamers competing in it - remains an absolute blast.

One of the most iconic rallies in the UK, Words PR provides a full press office service from event launch right through to the morning after the night before. We liaise with the Scottish Government to create on and off-event communications - including a social media strategy delivering more eyes from right around the world than ever before - to showcase Argyll and Bute's most colourful island.



We work for drivers and co-drivers within the World Rally Championship developing their profile and building close relationships with local media and helping to get their message heard in the specialist press. We get to know how the operation works, what you're trying to achieve and we can then do what we do best­ - create, design and distribute PR campaigns that give a real insight into what it's like to be one of the few in the exciting world of motorsport. We can draw from our social media managers, designers and photographers to provide an all-encompassing package that can provide coverage of your every movement both on and off event.

As DirtFish launched its media division at the start of 2020, Words PR provided a gateway to the world's motorsport media, helping to establish a brand already strong in the US in Europe. That done. We now provide ongoing support for DirtFish Media, working hand-in-glove on the development of events campaigns.


Words PR delivers a significant chunk of editorial content for Britain's round of the FIA ​​World Rally Championship. As well as that, we've worked on the creation of a locally-focused PR campaign to develop an awareness of the event and increase ticket sales at selected venues.

Words PR has helped develop Europe's only one-day rally show at Wiltshire's Castle Combe into an unmissable festival of everything - and everybody - that's great about our sport. We work with the event organizer from concept to delivery on every level including content consultation and media output. All with one aim: to deliver the best possible experience for the fan coming through the gate.



Oli Bennett and his XITE Energy Racing team burst onto the Extreme E scene racing their Odyssey race car in the most extreme places on earth. Now the team have moved into Nitro Rallycross including 2009 Formula 1 World Champion Jenson Button, racing the fastest vehicles in rallycross capable of driving at 0-60mph in 1.4 seconds.
